Dear delegates, TESMUN will surely help you deliver the message of your heart.

 

 I would like to urge you to find what you have inside you. It is not me nor the members of the executive board that are going to make you speak or write, they can merely affect your outcome. We are here to guide you through all the difficulties you may have when you are travelling through this vast wilderness of nowhere, where you have thousands of possibilities. It is you who will decide the possibility for yourself.

 

Your work is to determine your outcome so be honest with yourself and just believe in yourself. The Dais are here to guide you when you need to be guided. They will help you with all the difficulties and guide you through various possibilities. 

 

MUN might be about speaking, researching and keeping your views on various topics but it is not merely just that. It is also finding out what's inside you. Being the best among all your friends is not what you should be focusing on, but being better than you already are, is what will bring a positive change in you.

 

Dais are the ones who will help you through your time and motivate you to do more, they will be the heart and the soul of their committee. They spent countless nights making study guides, helping me with the handbook and researching the topic. Now is the time when they will get to shine and help you with your outcome. Their decision might not change the course of your action but it will surely affect it. Be sure to help them out in the process of running the committee and appreciate their work. It surely is a hard task to be talking for hours and reacting to all queries and doubts. So I will like to thank the dais panel for your effort and dedication you have given to this project.

 

The hardworking Logistics team will provide us with the latest updates regarding topics and will act as the core of this virtual MUN conference. The punctual Press team will brief us about what’s going on in the committee. Meanwhile, the technoid IT team will update us about all the events going on in the virtual conference. For all the work that the logistics team is doing for us I would like to thank all of the members of the logistics team.

 

The only thing I wish from you is just what you, are for the two days conference. If you are a great debater, present your view and debate on various topics, if you are a peacemaker and an alliance seeker bring all parties together and have a productive discussion and if you are a solution finder bring some solutions to the table and suggest your solutions in resolutions. 

Lastly, as the secretary general for this session of virtual TESMUN, I would like to urge all the people involved in virtual MUN to give their best. I request the delegate to speak up and present their view. I request the dais to be a part of the committee and make it your responsibility to make the committee active. Lastly, I request the logistics team to work as hard as you can to deliver the best outcome you can from your job.
