"There is no failure- you either win or learn." An honorable enthusiastic group of delegates, make sure to always embrace what makes you unique, even if it makes others disagree with you. Don't be afraid to be unique or speak your mind, because that's what makes you different from everyone else. As I move on to my fourth time participating in MUN, I realized that we don't need to become perfect because perfection is the enemy of greatness. Embracing that which makes you different, is what makes you more open-minded and confident about your own opinions. While representing your ideas and speeches in the committee, make sure not to be afraid of being different- it doesn't make you an outsider. Instead, it makes you brave enough to believe in yourself and stand out while looking into an unchanged world. Don't, I repeat, don't ever be afraid to put your ideas forward in the thought that it could be wrong or people would make fun of you. Never be afraid to speak your mind, you have one for a reason. Speak boldly and with intellect. Never hush your voice down for someone's comfort. Speak up and make people wonder about your confidence. MUN is something that will make you all realize that everyone in the committee has a different point of view but everyone has a single aim- to succeed. So, speak your mind- even if your voice shakes. Break a leg!

Dear delegates, welcome to the VMUN 2021, the first time TES has conducted the MUN since the world was hit with COVID. I know this is your first time being involved in the MUN program so I understand your mindset. It was the same for me as well. But the one thing you shouldn't do is let your nervousness get over you. Your points may be wrong, but the dais are here to correct you. This is a platform that helps you evolve out of your comfort zone, which makes you express your thoughts on a particular topic. Every mistake made is a chance of correcting yourselves so don’t hesitate to express your views. If the research is done well, there is nothing to worry about. Be active in the committee and pay attention to the views of other delegates, catch their mistakes and counter them. This will help you debate better.

Dear delegates, I would like to welcome you to TESMUN 2078 and to the Human Rights Council (HRC). TESMUN is a great opportunity for you all to increase your self-confidence and debating skills. So, I would like to request all the delegates to participate in this MUN actively, it will not only gain you marks but also experience. Do what you need to do to make this opportunity count for your own betterment, such as to research nicely and have enough information to defend and attack while debating during the session. It is important for you all to actively participate so, do what you need to do. Your mistakes won't make you small rather they will give you an opportunity to improve yourself for better. We, as in the dais panel are here to help you throughout your MUN session so, you can learn something from this program and help those who participate in MUN next year. Hope you will not only participate but also gain some knowledge from this MUN session.
Your Moderator,
Sichu Maharjan
