LP1 Discusses: Disaster management and its importance in the context of Nepal

The delegate of Gokul Baskota (Tejaswi Pant) then raised a motion to start GSL for 5 mins which naturally, made the delegate of Gokul Baskota (Tejaswi Pant) the first speaker. Right after the delegate finished her GSL, the committee was ended after the motion to end the committee raised by the delegate of Gokul Baskota passed.
The committee was then resumed at 2:35 as the motion raised by the delegate of KP.Oli (Shreya Kadayat) passed. After the resumption of the committee, the delegate of Madhav Kumar Nepal (Hisi Tamang) then commented on the GSL of Gokul Baskota (Tejaswi Pant) explaining their party’s actions to properly manage natural disasters.
Then, the delegate of KP.Oli (Shreya Kadayat) presented her GSL as the second speaker explaining the importance of disaster management and her party’s actions to properly manage natural disasters saying,” It's better to manage natural disasters than to suffer casualties.” The delegate of Shashank Koirala (Sampanna Adhikari) then questioned the delegate of KP.Oli (Shreya Kadayat) asking “What does the delegate’s party plan to do about the education of those people?”, to which the delegate of KP.Oli (Shreya Kadayat) explained the things her party plans to do to provide education to the people affected by natural disasters.
The answer provided by the delegate of KP.Oli (Shreya Kadayat) satisfied the delegate of Shashank Koirala (Sampanna Adhikari) which marked the end of the GSL about the management of disasters.
