The formal session of HRC committee began with the crisis brought by crisis manager (Shikha Pandey) about a bomb explosion in the hotel room of a Pakistani politician named Abbas Abdul who was on his way to the Asian Summit where several politicians throughout Asia had gathered to solve some world issues.

After the crisis was introduced, the delegates discussed it and came up with a resolution. Everyone shared their point of views, opinions, reasons with facts and later on came up with two resolutions but only resolution 1 passed with majority of votes. The resolution included international relations affecting racial activities, preambulatory clauses ,and operative clauses that were needed for the crisis solution. All the delegates were satisfied with the resolution and the delegate of Afghanistan (Tanish Gauchan) gave his opinion saying,"This resolution summarizes the whole crisis which is very important for the committee to end properly.”

The delegate of Russia (Chakshu Devkota) raised a motion to continue the GSL on the topic "Racism: Contravention and Reformation." The first speaker on the GSL was the delegate of Libya ( Anushka Panta). The delegate of Libya mentioned, "In Libya, people with dark skin are looked down upon. People in Libya discriminate based on the colour of skin. Black Africans were taken in Europe and sold. They had to work as slaves without any money. United Nations Human Rights Council is providing more funds towards anti-racial slavery actions as well as providing health care to them. Libya has been making efforts to end racism."

To which, Bolivia (Apekshya Pyakurel) stated, " There is only one race and that is the human race. No one deserves to be treated unfairly because of their skin color or religion. The delegate of Turkey (Mahit Shrestha) mentioned that the government has been successful in campaigns to end it. Though the data states that 39.7% of the population have been victims or witnessed discrimination in Libya. As there is still racism seen in Libya, the delegate of Bolivia would like to recommend making more effective efforts to eradicate racism."

The delegate of Turkey (Mahit Shrestha) mentioned that the government has been successful in understanding such problems and has taken certain actions that would reduce the tension between the ethnic groups in Turkey. The delegate of Mexico (Aashutosh Dahal) said that in Mexico racism can also be seen but the government is trying it's best to eradicate it. Anti racist organizations are also established to stop racism.
